Carl Nash

Managing Director

With two decades spent working as a software developer and electrical engineer, Carl is experienced in leading and managing complex projects in demanding pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments.

When he’s in the office, Carl oversees the company’s business strategy and direction, maintains client relations, manages ongoing projects and sales and marketing activities.

And because all of this hard work requires special fuel, Carl is partial to a few sweet treats – cakes and doughnuts have a special place in his heart. If you ever offer him a coffee, make it with cream and add lots of chocolate sprinkles!

Chantelle Nash

Finance Director

Chantelle is responsible for accounts and finance as well as the general organisation of the business. Should you wish to send us your CV, or inquire about any new job openings, she’s the right person to speak to as she also oversees all human resources activities within the company.

Chantelle’s main interests include country walks with her dogs, baking cakes, and more recently, the arrival of her little girl is keeping her busy.

Carl Tranter

General Manager

As general manager, Carl Number Two ensures that operations at CPN run as smoothly as possible. He is in charge of purchasing, supplier and partner relationships as well as making sure the kitchen is well stocked with great coffee and doughnuts (see Carl Nash for details).

Carl Tranter’s hobbies include camping, diving and amateur dramatics – although not all at the same time.

Kevin Grey

Software Development Manager

Kevin is the brain behind our bespoke visualisation software. He is also in charge of design software and documentation packages for all of our pharma and chemicals projects.

A keen sportsman, Kevin mainly enjoys watching matches at his local, preferably with a pint of real ale in hand!

Chris Allen

Electrical Design Engineer

Chris is responsible for electrical design as well as overseeing installation, testing and commissioning at clients’ premises. With a keen eye for detail and lots of experience, Chris can troubleshoot almost anything and get manufacturing lines working in no time at all.

With a young family at home, Chris’ only hobby nowadays is DIY – which is just as well, as parenthood goes hand in hand with putting up shelves and stair gates, assembling flat pack furniture and building tree houses.

If you happen to pop by the CPN offices expect to be greeted by Carl Nash’s most dedicated employee! Molly is the friendliest Jack Russell terrier and she oversees the smooth running of business from her crate, located next to Carl’s desk. Her main responsibilities focus on napping whilst remaining extremely vigilant at all times!
